Pros

Good pay, very sharp people, good products.

Cons

Politics and complexity of this large organization. The management still retains a command and control approach which stifles innovation. Lots of territorial behavior at most levels.

Generally just a grind

Pros

Large global corporation offers almost endless opportunity for anyone willing to relocate and bounce around. In the Assessment & Information group, the cutting edge of high stakes testing and innovation. Great research scientist teams.

Cons

It is a terrible grind. High turnover. Projects consistently under extreme stakeholder pressure and high risk schedules. Be prepared for some long long hours.

Pros

Overall a great place to work. Work/life balance is wonderful.

Cons

Lots of changes...there is someone in senior managment with questionable integrity.
