Pros

great benefits, very flexible for people who have families, very affordable insurance, very laid back atmosphere, money can be good

Cons

fake, disorganized, no communication between business units, oftentimes very incompetent people in senior-level positions, unbelievable this is a billion dollar company and there are a million systems in place and none of which speak to one another

Pros

Benefits are very good at Pearson, Salary is not bad. New telecommuting offered - if lucky to get on board with this program it provides a lot of autonomy and flexibility.

Cons

Management lacking in functional areas - that is, project managers not gifted as functional managers also act as functional managers. Don't expect to grow much or be respected and treated well by management.
