Pros

Business is profitable, people are generally nice. Everyone is generally very busy and there is opportunity to do productive work.

Cons

There is a lot of finger pointing from upper management, company is quick to dismiss people without realizing the knowledge they are losing.

Pros

- Good health insurance and benefits - Company is continuing to grow in the tough ecomnomy - Reasonable salary compensation

Cons

- Terrible HR support - Company is growing too fast to keep up with itself and there is a lack of good company structure and management - Bad communication between departments - only time I heard from some departments was when they were pointing the finger at something gone wrong - Expectation to work late and outside of normal office hours - No team building within individual departments or between departments - feels like an environment of 'each man to his own' - Didn't get annual reviews or exit interview - felt like no-one in management ever cared that I worked there
