Pros

Indeed the leading educational company and ahead of competitors i.e. by covering all educational sectors (primary, secondary, higher and adult education). Emphasizes on values and mission: to help people make more of their lives through learning. Attempts to innovate i.e. products and services e.g. by the "Future Tech Champions".

Cons

Problems with innovation in general: a clear and holistic portfolio strategy hasn't been put into practice yet. The changing policies are difficult to communicate to the market. The mission and the vision (i.e. the focus on shareholders) seem sometimes contradictory.
