Pros

Work life balance Location colleagues are generally nice

Cons

The company doesnt really have much direction at the moment. People being made redundant, no bonus or pay rise this year but senior managers still raking it in. Limited progression, LOW salary, no accountability when things go wrong, the place is struggling.

Pros

It is one of the most civilised workplaces I have ever worked or seen. The atmosphere is that of a tight-knit family. Everyone is friendly, supportive and willing to help.

Cons

When something is in excess it always has a negative side. The family model can easily become a strict patriarchy where your option is irrelevant and unneeded.
