Pros

Inclusive workplace with remote flexibility, PTO, and a generous paid sick time policy that rolls over.

Cons

Customer support is moving almost entirely offshor, leaving customers to bear the fallout of management’s snap decisions made to protect company image. Inside, your career depends less on merit and more on navigating toxic internal politics which ultimately decide your success or your downfall. Growth opportunities are routinely dismissed under the guise of ‘freezes,’ even as the company’s revenue portfolio expands exponentially.
