Pros

Prior to now, the company was purpose driven. Cared about employees. Focused on making quality content for users.

Cons

Lost focus. Sold off quality assets. Laid off institutional knowledge in order to hire at lower cost.

Pros

The pay is more or less compatible with what it should be with a lot of experience in online education.

Cons

Pearson Virtual Schools, aka Connections Education, used to be well run. Now, management is horrible and they are likely afraid they could lose their jobs with restructuring, which seems to happen every year or 2. This trickles down to teachers who are not able to do their jobs well to help out their students.
