The people will do whatever it takes in order to meet the schedule -- because they care for the kids getting their test scores back in a timely fashion

Cons

Although the due dates are inflexible due to the nature of the job, upper management does not help keep things from falling behind early in the year-long schedule so that you are not behind the 8-ball later in the schedule. Missed reporting dates at the end of the schedule result in contracted penalties for Pearson.
