Pros
My hopes were realistically high when I accepted a position here though the pay was way lower than I expected, given the very high cost of living but I wanted to prove myself and hoped for the best. I was disappointed on several avenues and eventually left. Healthcare on site for employees at virtually no cost (so you have to add that to the pay); Employee dining room has free sometimes tasty food, but the sanitation practices observed left LOTS of room for improvement (many employees won't eat there because they suspect foodborne illness on a fairly regular basis); guests can be brutally arrogant, mean and sometimes abusive, but 85% are lovely (but the 15% who aren't lovely often destroy the memories of the well behaved); maintenance issues abound in the main buildings; observed very unprofessional behavior from some upper leadership and when the issues were addressed, I was punished in a roundabout way; observed some substantial sexist behavior which shouldn't have been a surprise, but it certainly was. Culture sounds amazing in orientation but leaves a lot to be improved upon in execution.
