Pros

Beautiful place to work, lots of opportunities to network, reasonable benefits. Free golf on the course is awesome if you like golf. The people are fun and ambitious.

Cons

Force you to be in a union that takes all the money from your paycheck and you only get left with the tips. Tips were pooled and split up in a very confusing way based on shift/ hours and the senior servers always got the best time slots. Incredibly obsessed with seniority even if the employee was no longer good at their job. Heavily Micromangaged Overworked lower-level employees. ( I went to HR with many other new hires to complain to the 'union' about being over-scheduled and not getting any off days and they did NOTHING despite the fact that we paid weekly to be a part of the union). Barley any % off if you came in to dine on your own time.
