      Pros

      Remote oriented! Organized, good communication tools, team structure is clear, excellent training/onboarding structure, and upward mobility. Culture is +++ the best I've ever seen. Excellent benefits package that you are expected to take advantage of. ;)

      Cons

      Not much negative. It is a lot of information, not for the faint of heart. Expansion and updates are standard as they constantly strive to enhance and improve tools. For someone who embraces change and enjoys a good challenge.

      Pros

      There are so many to share, but here are a few: - The coworkers/Managers = Everyone is happy to be here and they are all willing to go out of their way to say hi, answer a question or assist you. This is a major change from where I came from so I appreciate it! - The HR/People Team = This group on top of it! The training is excellent and in depth plus they know what they are doing!! Always willing to assist you as well. - The Benefits/PTO: Unlimited PTO (and they encourage you to take time off), plus the benefits are above and beyond what other organizations offer. - Career Growth Potential = The opportunities here are endless! If you want to grow with an organization, look no further.

      Cons

      That's the thing, if there are any, they know about it and are working on it! I don't have any for them.
