      Great Place for a work life balance Challenging the norms within the workplace in a good way On an upward trajectory Enables employees to develop their careers Plenty of opportunities to grow

      As a start up it’s still got some processes and policies to develop compared to more established companies so can be ambiguous on occasions but great if you are up for the challenge
