In the 25+ years I have worked in the Silicon Valley, I have never worked for a more thoughtful and kinder, CEO. That being said, I am truly sorry you feel the way you do. Thanks for complimenting our fellow colleagues, they too are amazing. We help one another, encourage and push one another to be our best and do our best "werk" while also being mindful of life work balance. Thanks for props. As for our systems, I am laughing inside because I agree. But just last year, we were a small company, less than three hundred people, and yes, some of our systems need to be upgraded. We have grown to more than 700 "owner-employees" in just six short months. Our systems are being overhauled as we write this. All of this rapid change is happening at a time when we are experiencing record growth. Our company is in the perfect position to take advantage of the post pandemic (Covid-19) economy, which has forced employers to find ways to hire and pay their remote workers. Talk about hitting a "gold mine", we did and we are now right in the middle of it. Keep pushing, things are getting better every day. Global Talent Acquisition Team- We got you.
