      Very high growth, clear communication from exec team on company direction and goals, strong commitment to integrity and compliance especially compared to industry competitors, huge professional growth opportunities, culture of inclusivity, flexibility and openness to new ideas, general work environment of "work whenever and wherever you want as long as you're handling your responsibilities"

      -Long hours, not your standard 9-5.
