Lots of changes and becoming fast paced - changing from a chill company to more like a tech start up. Company is actively trying to deploy AI in all parts - lots of experiments underway - feels innovative New Management is trying to communicate more with weekly meetings and emails. Rebranding has been very good

Cons

Lots of changes and restructuring with reductions that have affected teams. That being said, some of the folks were always trying to grab on to work on projects seemingly without direction
