Pros

The executive team has truly turned things around. Leadership feels focused, communicative, and aligned on a long-term vision. The engineering team has embraced an AI-first mindset, which has brought clarity, innovation, and renewed excitement to product development. The People team has done an amazing job improving onboarding, enablement, and community. The culture feels more connected and supportive than ever. The recent rebrand feels like the perfect reflection of where the company is headed. Specifically, it feels very modern, confident, and cohesive. Overall, Pebl feels like a company that’s learned from the hard parts and is now executing with purpose and momentum.

Cons

The transition period wasn’t easy. There was some turbulence and uncertainty during the restructuring and leadership changes. As the company grows quickly again, some processes are still catching up, and internal alignment can be a work in progress. Change fatigue is real; some employees are still adjusting to the new pace and expectations.

Pros

-The global teams across sales support, operations, immigration, HR, and legal were truly exceptional partners. Their professionalism and dedication made a real difference, and I’m genuinely grateful for their collaboration and support.

Cons

-In 2025, the commission plan was changed three times. Each revision shifted quotas, reduced payouts, and created understandable frustration for both AEs and AMs. The final change was implemented without requiring reps to sign any updated agreement. Seemingly to maintain flexibility around withholding payouts. -Leadership turnover was constant. Having 3 CEOs and 3 CROs in just 3 years meant that priorities, strategies, and expectations were constantly shifting with little warning. -Ongoing layoffs across multiple departments eroded trust and created an environment of uncertainty. During one all hands call, members of the ELT were openly laughing while discussing the situation, which further damaged morale. -The company once prided itself on transparency, but that culture has faded. Invoices now consolidate all line items into a vague “Employment Costs” category, obscuring fees and upcharges that clients aren’t aware of. It often felt like selling a used car while trying to convince the buyer it was new. -Onboarding processes were consistently problematic. If I had a dollar for every onboarding that went smoothly, I might have about $16. -Leadership has not been transparent about major organizational changes. For example, when the Senior Director of Customer Onboarding was let go (TODAY), the sales team wasn’t informed, despite the critical nature of that role.

Pros

Some talented colleagues remain who genuinely care about customers and want to make a difference.

Cons

Since joining the company, the executive team has turned over several times, which has created instability and confusion across departments. The new leadership team lacks the experience needed to effectively run the organization, and many strategic decisions have negatively impacted both employees and customers. Significant cuts have been made to the global support staff, leaving customers with limited or no assistance. Additionally, changes to the fee structure and invoicing practices have created a lack of transparency that customers should review carefully in their contracts. Employee morale is very low due to frequent changes to compensation plans, layoffs, and poor communication from senior leadership. The work environment feels increasingly hostile and unsupportive. Overall, this company has serious leadership and ethical issues. I would not recommend working here until there are major changes at the executive level.
