Lots of growth and acceleration in the company, the opportunities to grow are there if you want them.

Cons

Be ready to get put on blast, defend yourself, and feel like you’re constantly racing against the clock. Very little diversity in upper management. Seems like the company is trying to play catch-up to the rest of the industry.

Strong focus in People First Culture, the team becomes a second family, caring, celebrating and helping each other. I like the most the transparent communication, openness to receive feedback and job stability.

Cons

As every hyper growth company story it comes with some growing pains, but the company makes an effort to listen to its staff to identify the problems and fix them, capacity to adapt fast to changes is a must here.

At the same time continue to set up companies and do business in countries that make being gay illegal and actively persecute people for their sexual orientation.
