      Pros

      - Very supportive and helpful colleagues - Great Benefits - Unlimited Vacation (unheard of in my country) - Constant learning - I have learned and done tasks here that in my past I wouldn't have had line sight to - Wellness Bonus, Annual Bonus, Professional Development - Autonomy, empowerment, supportive management - Great open communication - Lots of career opportunities now. 2.5 years ago when I started there weren't many for the Regional team, now there is a career "ladder" and not jobs only in HQ. Now there are lots of other opportunities even outside of the Regional world and they are remote! - Remote work / work from home

      Cons

      - Up until recently I was working long hours and very tired. But in the last few months, we have hired more people to support the Country and I have found work like Balance again. - In the past, it was difficult to take time off when I was the only person. But now that I have additional support I have been enjoying days off stress-free.

      Pros

      - The people at Velocity Global from top to bottom I've found to be highly motivated, have integrity, a positive outlook on work and life & take pride in their work. - The company is ambitious and there are high expectations to perform, which is exciting - The benefits are very considered - e.g. 3 months Paternity Leave and private medical for quick access to things like dental and physiotherapy - It's a place where I've made friends for life even from across the globe

      Cons

      - You have to be prepared to take ownership of your career, things change quickly, you have to make sure you're proactive in maintaining your own career path and wellbeing - Communication and transparency has at times fallen to the side, but I respect the fact that the company has always tried to improve itself in areas where employees have voiced concerns. No organisation is perfect, but the willingness to be better is there.
