      Pros

      This is a company that truly believes in it's values which it lives and breathes internally and with it's customers and partners. Great people from top to bottom, open, friendly and collaborative, always willing to be of service Fantastic corporate growth trajectory and really good people benefits.

      Cons

      It's a rocketship. Which means its' high growth and fast pace is always going to be slightly uncomfortable as change is the only constant here, but I believe that challenges a person and that's how growth is enabled. Definitely not a place to cruise.

      Pros

      Velocity Global is nothing short of a rewarding company to work for. The company has a work hard and play hard culture and is a great place to work for anyone who wants to 'own' their career. With any high growth company comes challenges but in the end this will make you a better professional. Velocity Global is the best company I have ever worked for and I can only give credit to my colleagues and leaders for this.

      Cons

      As stated above there are many challenges that come with working for a high growth company but this is not specific to Velocity Global. There is a lot of change at the company but this can be exciting if you're motivated by challenge and opportunity.
