      Work from anywhere, although there are limitations.

      They keep advertising their “owner employee” model which is false advertisement you do not own your phantom stocks.

      Benefits, pay, culture and people.

      Cons

      Lackluster leadership, no direction, broken systems, constant change and overspending for company parties. How can you spend so much for a company party then drop employees like flies months later. Lied to about job security then laid off after coming back from pto. Shaky ground here and its unfortunate because potential is there for success. Be wary!

      They just ripped the heart out of the company. Big big mistake. This will have lasting impact. What were you thinking?????? You picked the wrong person.
