      Remote work, not much else

      Cons

      Low pay. Awful benefits. Weak leadership. If you're not in the clique, you are wasting your time there. However, if you enjoyed fraternity/sorority life in college, or playing on the JV team in high school, this might be the place for you.

      Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you felt this way. There is no question we have undergone some growing pains from a rather small company to a 700+ company in such a short time. Velocity Global of 2022 is not the Velocity Global of the years past. Our leadership team continues to change. We have a new team of reputable leaders taking us to the next level of growth, in all its dimensions, for our business.

      Lower level people are generally good people and Benefits are good

      Cons

      Leadership is a mess, this company really went downhill in 2022 and has a lot to make up for. Went from a top company to work for to a very unstable nightmare. They did just get a new CEO who can hopefully turn things around.

      No regard for continuity of leadership Bad leadership No understanding of how macroeconomics affect businesses Misleading equity plan as a benefit Managers who use intimidation tactics to get what they want Inclination is to fire people rather than help them improve
