You'll be able to actually ship your work, so many people are kind and awesome to work with.

Cons

Work/life balance. "working fast" = tight deadlines and working 12 hr days more than I think anyone should. Middle management are "yes, man"s and that gives ELT an unrealistic expectation on how fast they can move. It also means running in circles quickly because of disorganization.

I'm very sorry to hear your thoughts on the culture. There's been a lot of change and with it, it could seem like we aren't thinking through the impacts. We are! I hope you hang in with us a bit longer to see how we feel the results of some of the changes - particularly in Sales - will have a positive outcome. The only thing I can think of is working remotely.

Cons

Poor management. Not a stable company, it is struggling. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your precious time and effort with a company that itself doesn't know where it's headed. If you belong to the minority, stay away. There is no place for you there. you'll feel it! They over work their employees. They can suck your blood and don't appreciate your hard work. It is who you know in there.
