Benefits and perks are positive.

Cons

The absorption of other companies have contradicted the company culture. They used to be so careful about the type of personality they hired. This lead to such amazing connections within teams and throughout the company. This changed as the company grew rapidly and absorbed similar companies.

Not a con, but working at Velocity Global is not a good fit for someone who wants to blend in or hide while only putting their head down over a 40 hour week.
