      Pros

      I'm new to the organization and can tell that things have changed. New CEO is dynamic, speed-oriented, and smart. Her background in Tech and Ops at hugely successful companies shows. The executive team are down-to-earth, quickly making changes to both uplevel and simplify. There's a lot of respect for the wisdom, history and work for the people that have been here. I feel proud that we are doing such a good job for our supported employees.

      Cons

      We are working hard. Things are changing quickly. If you come here, you need to be up for the journey, but it will be exciting!
