Job is extremely unstable, layoffs are common HR rules change constantly Company management does not know what they're doing Return To Office is mandated and rolled back again constantly New management comes in every year, fires all the old management, and we start anew Deel is a much better product, there's no future for the company

Decent pay and benefits. Great work life balance. If you want a pay check, you'll get one, but there is really nothing here beyond that.

Cons

The list is too extensive to write here. Layoffs - Every year for the last 6+ years there have been significant layoffs, change in company strategy, Executive turnover - constant change at an executive level, including CEO, CFO, CPO, etc.. 3 different Product and Engineering leaders in the past year. Lack of Strategy - It seems like the company writes a bunch of ideas to make a plan on a wall and throws darts on the wall to see what sticks and then executes (or attempts to) on that plan. No ownership of the customer, future roadmap. Operates in many silos. No Tech/SaaS - There is no technology, customers need it and will soon go elsewhere as they are paying a premium for nothing.
