      Was good until new CEO changed everything

      Pros

      Remote, decent salary, wasn't micromanaged.

      Cons

      Entire C-suite down was fired and replaced, including CEO. Constantly changing quotas and targets. No sense of direction. Terrible culture lead by fear.

      - Exciting place to be with lots of potential - Employee experience and culture are a top priority - Work/life balance - Remote work friendly - Lots of opportunity to come in and make your mark

      Cons

      - Going through a major transformation, not a con but a good to know, you have to be ready for this - Company needs to be perform in order to get even better comp & benefits offerings; current ones are decent but this is a growing company so more will come with company performance
