Pros

Amazing work culture. Remote first allowances/stipend. Great growth opportunities.

Cons

The interviewer said that they have annual retreats in Denver every year (flights hotels paid off), but after i joined the company i did not find anything like this. They just have outreach program that sponsors flights only to wherever you want to go.

Hello teammate, Thanks for your great review and thanks for your advice to management. Truly sorry you didn't get a chance to come to the annual company event in October. For those in EMEA, which included our team from India, they all met in Amsterdam in October 2021, and they had a great time. If you joined after October, you would have missed this annual event, but not to worry. This coming October the company will host its annual event and all employees are invited to attend as always, at no expense to you. Regarding the employee Outreach Program, it covers expenses up to $1500 dollars, which is normally enough to cover flights and a few days of hotel stay. You can use it all for flights, but that is not required. As a startup, and a fiscally responsible company, we do our very best to make it interesting for our "owner-employees". Another program you should investigate is our CoWerk World Retreats. This program helps to facilitate CoWerking around the globe for employees. Join the Slack Channel for updates and upcoming trips. In March, we will be in Colombia and in July a group of employees will be in Spain. There are other trips being planned for Paris, Amsterdam, Singapore, Mexico, and many more. As for bench-marking compensation across the globe we hear you. Our Total Rewards team has been hard at work on this matter for the last two months. There have been lots of discussions around this topic during the People Open Mics which happen every two weeks, please join one of the calls the learn more. Thanks so much for taking the time to let us know how you feel. Please reach out to us on the People and Talent Acquisition team to learn more about the Outreach Program, CoWerk World Retreats, and our new Employee Referral Program. The latter enables you to either take the cash bonus, donate the cash bonus, or apply it to CoWerk World Retreats. Global Talent Acquisition Team
