Ive never been part of a process as efficient, friendly, professional, and fast before now. The energy was and is still growing and captivating. This is a business with a direction, a map, and a drive. I'm happy to join, contribute, and be a part of this experience. Its hard work building, but there are rewards for a strong investment. Also everyone seems dedicated in providing the best with a smile. Keep it up.

Permanent work from home. Work life balance.

Cons

Poor leadership especially starting from team lead. No team play. No productivity. No team improvements. I value the job but the leadership and morale is so wasted. Choose the team lead based on your company culture and values. You will not feel like being productive because your whole team of lousy and your team lead doesn't even care. You are working in a professional environment not with friends. Keep that in mind. being friendly and professional is very different.
