10moI'm sorry that your time here didn't work out as expected. We did say change would be the drumbeat for 2025 and it has been - unfortunately, that impacted a lot of people. I hope you do know that we have a team working on the career pathing and we have had an extraordinary amount of people take new jobs this year - the potential here is unlimited.
In our upcoming WOW allhands meeting, we will announce further addtions to the worldwide benefit programs. We still have more to go but we are working on making our benefits for everyone the best they can be.

We did roll the bonus into the corporate salary recently with the intent of making everyone's cashflow more consistent and useable - I hope this salary increase was something that made your life a littel better? That was the intent.
We are just starting to introduce more special bonuses and achievement bonuses as we go from here.
For more face-to-face meetings, that will come in 2026 as we get prepared for greater scale. Watch where we go from here!
