Pros
The pay is good and the early hours were nice. I worked 1st shift in live operations. The work environment let us listen to music while working which was nice.
Cons
I was one of the best employees, always showed up on time and always showed up. My supervisor wrote me a nice letter of recommendation and apologized for firing me. Allegedly had no choice in the matter because of an “animal welfare violation.” I was accused of killing a bird for no reason by a vindictive employee. Despite that I didn’t do it and with no proof they fired me. Be very careful and try to have backups. They can fire you for no reason at all. Also one of our coworkers had an incident on the job. They wouldn’t give us proper safety equipment even after that happened. Yet “safety is their number 1 concern.”
