Pros

Pros are that you work a set schedule every week with benefits after 90 days. The temperature is a bit chilly so it's best to wear something warm and as long as everyone works as a team everything runs smoothly.

Cons

I, myself, just feel stuck in a rut. 90% of the time once your lead finds something they like you on you do not get rotated. It becomes very boring and makes your workday long and no longer enjoyable.

Pros

You won't sweat too death working in the summer. You get discounts on boxes of chicken. You get two 30 minute breaks.

Cons

Your hands literally freeze up and you can't move them. They claim to be a family place but in all reality all they care about is money.
