      Pay is decent . Remote work capabilities. Nothing else to say. Those are the only two I can come up with

      Cons

      Too many chiefs not enough Indians. This department is run by a bunch of clueless individuals that are not knowledgeable about the health care industry but love to Micromanage EVERYONE. It’s not an ideal company to work for if you feel like your constantly being watched. Never in my life have I experienced something like this and I work hard never slack off.
