Flexible work from home environment. Decent pay.

Cons

Clique environment. HR has some toxic leaders who are fine with publicly disciplining people and speaking down to them. You don’t get the proper training and learn by either swimming or sinking. A lot of the times you have to be the one to hunt down information trainers or leaders should be providing. I have been with this company for four years and each year there has been a minimum of 2 lay offs. Super top heavy and paying executives way too much to then let go of those essential workers

pay is not competitive at all and company constantly has staffing cuts due to its constant leadership switches.

Pay is good if you are a float and you're off most weekends.

Cons

The management is toxic, Upper management knows this and is having trouble fixing the systemic issues. Schedule isn't set until the day before for float pool so you don't know which location to report to in the morning.
