I've worked in healthcare for many years in different parts of the country. I think PA really tries to maintain a family based atmosphere where the employees come first. Not an easy thing to do in the Corporate world.

Cons

Implementation of anything new can be a slow process.

Pediatric Associates is a great company to work for. Leadership really makes every effort possible to show appreciation for the employees

Cons

The downside is that leadership has no idea how unprofessional the manager's are. Not all the manager's have management experience. Very unprofessional. Unethical activities that had leadership known or knows the management team would be wiped out. 100% favoritism towards specific staff. Very abusive towards the staff. Very horrible situation.
