      Pay is trash. Management is a joke. They overwork good employees to make up for other employees slack. Favoritism at its best.

      A lot of experience from the large amount of responsibility on you. Able to cross train in different aspects in the office.

      Cons

      Too much responsibility for very little pay. Annual pay raise no more than cents.High turn over rate because of this. Seems like they are only encouraging to make he "business" better vs. valuing their employers
