If you enjoy being a slave this is the place for you. And you better not speak up or they will make your life a living hell. Treated like garbage unless you are good at sucking up. Even then it won’t help you. Upper management is self righteous Two faced All a formality - they’re not interested in helping anyone or even practicing medicine, they only care about how much money you can make for them while you drown. If you enjoy helping people don’t work here - you won’t have time to do anything for anyone because you’re required to see an impossible amount of people a day. All the while expecting you to stay sane. The pay sucks too. So honestly the slave work is not even worth it.

Recent changes in the company makes me feel like my job is not secure. They created Job Architecture to promote growth but who is responsible to recognize these potential employees so they may have an opportunity to grow within the company. I also feel like the majority of PA managers are of Hispanic descent. Workers in the offices are diverse but upper management is not.
