      Excellent benefits. PTO. Quarterly and annual bonus

      Cons

      Too much back stabbing within departments. People are quick to call you out and throw you under the bus. Too much drama between management spreading rumors. Do as I say not as I do. No structure in some departments. Not enough training or positive feedback.

      MANAGEMENT does not care about their employees. Easy to points out flaws instead of trying to encourage the team to do a better job or give any kind of acknowledgement towards your work.
