As NP's we are underpaid compared to other institutions in the area. Working for such a large company, there is no direct line on site to contact HR, work through issues, etc. Bonus structure is not clear. You don't get compensated for overtime pay, night pay, or holiday coverage. The list goes on and on. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience working for this company.

Nightmare supervisor who used the team to schedule her own personal life according to what she preferred. She took all of the holidays off, including 2 weeks for Hanukkah, which meant the team had to cover her shifts and during the holidays. Needless to say, the entire team quit. The regional director called me to ask for feedback because of the oddity of everyone quitting at basically the same time. Funny enough, the director said that the supervisor was told at hiring that she must work over the holidays and that she would not be able to take any time off during that part of the year. She'd agreed to those terms.
