Peek has the typical fast-paced environment of a startup, but you still get to benefit from the guidance of great senior mentorship that have experience in what they're doing. I felt like within a month of working I had already learned so much. Another great thing is that I never feel every day, I'm constantly involved in new projects, which works great cause otherwise it can get boring if you're sucked into a routine. The age range is pretty wide (most are relatively young– mid 20s to 30s). and it's awesome to work with people your own age.

Peek understands that your success and growth is theirs as well. Great environment and culture. The team is always ready and willing to help. Love our product and the way is helping other companies in achieving their goals. Communication inside the company is very effective. We have opportunities to learn directly from our leaders and other successful people involved with the company. They also understand that there's a balance between life and work. Family comes first.
