      Pros

      Fast moving, exciting place to work. Always changing, innovative and a close-knit culture. Leadership is transparent and willing to answer any questions you have. They are definitely addressing a space in the travel industry that has been needing a good solution to.

      Cons

      Absolutely no work-life balance.... expect to be working almost all the time. Your co-workers will become your new friends, since you won't have time for anyone else.. Low pay, way under industry standards, and I am wondering how people afford rent and food in SF. High turnover.

      Opportunity to wear multiple hats, amazing mentorship, tons of responsibility early on and all throughout your experience

      Cons

      Hours can be a little long, but the work always feels meaningful. Often times I find myself voluntarily putting in the extra time because I want to find the answer to some of the questions I am working on.

      Pros

      Fast paced and exciting atmosphere. The people here are really driven and believe in the vision of the company. Peek is founded by inspiring leaders, who are really involved and care about both the company and its employees. The culture here is well balanced - work hard, play hard too!

      Cons

      Typical start up growing pains but they're well managed and leadership communicates changes and updates very well.
