- Poor management - Defensive leadership (take everything personally, and don't accept criticism) - Lack of quality through the product and engineering process - Rushing deadlines all the time - Does not have career guidelines - The equity package is comical

Pros

You often dream of working at a company like Peek. An excellent product, a great mentorship team, brilliant company values the list goes on. Though I haven't been here long, at this point I simply never want to leave. You hear about companies like this and think it's a facade. Then you work for one and you are in awe of it. Needless to say, I am in awe. I look forward to my growth at Peek.

Cons

Growing pains. As in all startups with mass growth causes often causes some pains. It's to be expected and I expect it to be ironed out shortly.
