Pros
- I have been given so many opportunities to grow and learn. I know that my managers want to see me develop and are invested in making that happen - The team is full of passionate people - this makes work feel meaningful and it makes collaboration enjoyable and interesting - My manager is always looking for new ways to keep team morale up in lockdown and company culture is a big priority for Peek - I feel I am involved in decision making and my managers really value my opinion
Cons
- There used to be incredible perks but since covid hit obviously it will take a while to build that back up
