Pros

First off, I feel lucky to be working at Peek today. The culture is great, and the people are nice, talented, interesting, generous with their time and working toward a common goal. The company mission and values are clearly defined, and employees take pride in them and are proud to be working at Peek. Management and leadership is as transparent as they can be, and from my observations they follow through on what they say they are going to do. I can't speak to other departments, but the compensation in sales is fair and can be lucrative if you're willing to put the work in and are coachable and willing to learn from others who have had success. I've never had more resources available to me at any other company, especially when it comes to learning and development. Managers seem to truly care about their employees, and the company has shown it cares about providing their employees the tools, time and resources for them to grow and succeed in their roles. People are constantly being promoted, and the company has shown they will look to promote from within for leadership with a good balance of outside hiring to keep a fresh perspective and leverage outside talent and experience. The benefits are solid, and the company gives the vast majority of the employee base 2 weeks off to recharge during the Christmas/New Year holidays.

Cons

Some people might look at PTO and feel it's not up to the standard of other tech companies, but when including the 2 weeks at the end of the year, Peek does provide 4 weeks of PTO. I've also noticed the company is flexible and does care about their employees' well being, and do seem to review their policies with an open mind. That said, anyone accepting a position at Peek does so with full understanding of the PTO policy when they join, so there's really no surprises there.

Pros

Company culture and work from home Fun fitness competitions

Cons

The pay isn’t worth the workload. Ask your interviewers the value of your equity package and you’ll quickly realize all BDR’s at Peek are underpaid and undervalued. 10 days vacation No work life balance Everyone is burnt out Lack of diversity No DE&I team

Pros

Best in class product, career path clear, commission is able to be hit and exceed, team culture and collaboration, autonomy to work how you want when you are successful.

Cons

Training hasn't always been great but getting better, not much swag or gifts like some companies, hiring a lot really fast which could lead to less opportunities in the future but pretty typical.
