Pros

Peek has given me back my mental health/sanity. Inclusion is a core part of Peek and I am grateful that it is a "default" setting. We, Peeksters, love collaborating with one another to do our best for our partners/operators. Very high female representation in leadership roles. I can "see" what I can be.

Cons

Wish we had a physical office to be around each other.

Working at Peek has been the highlight of my career. Peek works hard to embrace career development and also celebrates wins of all kinds. The leadership team is empathetic and intelligent. I love working for Peek!

Cons

-PTO policy could be improved and the maternity leave policy is embarrassing.
