Pros

- Fun clientele - Product sells itself - Innovation in product - Work from home - Great salary with uncapped commission - Collaborative Environment - Obtainable Promotions - Free Healthcare - 401k

Cons

- Industry hit hard by Covid and they had to reprioritize the features that got built - Quota starts over every month - Somewhat have to teach yourself the product but it really is intuitive - Turn over in sales management has been somewhat of a roller coaster but if you are a self-starter and motivated this could be a plus because you find your own processes that work for you.

Pros

Flexibility, Perks, Work From Home, Leadership, Training, Advancement Opportunities, Awesome Clients, Lucrative Pay, Rewarding Work. Rockstar Team. Strong & Competetive Team. No 9-5 schedule. Amazing people! Peek has taken my career to the next level and then some! OTE is realistic & achievable through hard work. I have learned many skills that will help me no matter where life takes me.

Cons

Not an easy job. You get rewarded for the grind and hustle it takes to succeed at Peek. If you are looking for an easy job to coast by this is not the place. No 9-5 schedule. This is great but also means you could be working more after hours/weekends *Not Required but the high performers work when needed to get things done!

Pros

- Resilience! The restructuring that was necessary when COVID hit the travel industry earlier this year did make a dent in the morale for a while; we all felt the pain of losing fantastic & talented people (as did they, of course, given some of the reviews here) I don’t think anyone wanted that to happen, and we weren’t the only company who had to make those hard decisions... But we came out strong and proved we can take on whatever challenge comes our way! - Super strong engineering & product team; the most productive engineering team I’ve worked with! Everyone is super collaborative and does their part to make sure we have the best product in our space. - Building an impactful product that helps people in a wide variety of verticals run their business which has interesting technical & product challenges; there are lots of use cases we need to provide a delightful experience for. - The CTO leads by example and is a joy to work with! Honestly the whole leadership team is full of caring, competent people who want to do right by the company. - People who are intellectually curious and who like to step up and take ownership really thrive here. My growth has been exponential since I started! - As a woman in engineering, I feel respected & valued at Peek on both a personal and technical level. - We are now a remote company, and I’m excited to see what top talent we can bring in now that visiting a physical office is not a factor.

Cons

- There are some voids in upper management on the eng/product/design side that we could really benefit by filling - I’m sure this will be prioritized once we’re past COVID. - We run lean and sometimes I wish there were more people with my expertise to bounce things off of.
