      Pros

      The culture is great! Everyone has an open heart to help! Josh Dearing is a great manager, he really cares about us and is always looking for ways to help us succeed and make us feel comfortable when we are not doing well. No one judges you if you are not performing well in a day. They go out of their way to find ways to lift you and encourage you to keep going. Also working from home is the best! There is a lot of growth opportunity. I have done sales for many years and I always wanted to find a sales job where I believe in the product. I wanted a sales job that actually helped people and made their lives easier. If you love sales, this a job that you will want to have.

      Pros

      Great values, and management treats you with respect as long as it is mutual. This is a company that is very employee focused and genuinely wants you to move up/get promoted.

      Cons

      You gotta be self reliant. This is a fast paced startup and there are many things that aren’t set in stone.
