      Pros

      This company has the most helpful and friendly people. It is a place where people work hard and play hard. The expectations are high and the management teams doesn't micro-manage. You write your own paycheck. I really enjoy the collaboration here and everyone's willingness to do what is best for the company. The CEO and CFO are very involved and truly care about every single person. I feel very valued here and it's such a fun place to work. The fully stocked kitchen is a huge perk!

      Pros

      Peek has a great atmosphere. The employees take pride in what they do and the company stands with its mission to connect the world through experiences. I enjoy being on this supportive and fun team. I'm excited to see the impact of this software over the years.

      Cons

      I think the training process could be more substantial, but I also understand the value of figuring things out on your own.

      I thoroughly enjoy working at Peek! The high growth has been rewarding to be apart of, and I feel privileged to work with such innovative talent. My favorite part about working at Peek is that travel is not only encouraged but celebrated. The Sandy office is beautiful and conveniently located. Peek employees a.k.a Peeksters are smart, friendly, and a privilege to work with. They have done an amazing job curating the right talent to make Peek a success.

      Cons

      Peek has regular start up growing pains, and can be frugal when not necessary.
