Pros

-Laid back work environment -Good, effective sales management -Cool weekly speakers at "peek-nic" -Just raised funding, so maybe things will get better?

Cons

-Serious lack of office culture. At the time of my departure, the SF office had more empty desks than full ones. Those who were left there typically didn't care to show up to work a full 5 days a week anyway. -Low pay -- and that's if they pay you the full amount you are owed (In my tenure there were countless wage and commission disputes) -Bad healthcare plan -No 401k -No office manager or personal accountability, so the kitchen is a disaster zone every single day -HR department was inattentive and unhelpful

Pros

I've recently joined the company and I have to say it's a good fit. There are times things can pivot and you have to be able to pivot too but it's apart of the start up culture. The team is very friendly and willing to answer any questions.

Cons

This will not be the 9-5 job where everything is scheduled. If fast paced is not for you I would not recommend it.

Pros

Peek has been such a great place to work for! It's more then your average job though. They allow you to thrive and do your work in whichever way works best, but at the same time, provide the necessary feedback for an individual to grow and accomplish their goals. They keep us motivated by providing various spiffs, and activities so it's not all about work all the time' it's work hard play hard. We also have a stocked kitchen that has saved me money from having to buy lunch or bring my own every day. Good benefits and PTO are great too.

Cons

Nothing is perfect. I do think that sometimes people I work with are a bit clique-ish, but I also think everyone is at some point for one reason or another, so take it with a grain of salt.
