      Pros

      First lets start off with our amazing CEO Ruzwana, never have a known a leader who is so brilliant, supportive, inspiring and humble. Because of her leadership everyone at Peek is truly passionate about what we do and incredibly talented. Everyone on the team is of the highest caliber, respectful, collaborative, empowered, and just fun!

      Cons

      Because it is a start up and experiencing a lot growth there are the normal areas of opportunity to refine processes but they just hired some really great people to help with that and we are outgrowing our space so we will be moving soon which is a pro.

      Pros

      The culture at Peek is second to none. I have worked at quite a few places and it is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. I left because my career path was taken away when we merged with another company. Sometimes I want to return. The managers are outstanding and very helpful. There was a new one who came on when I left, who I didn't necessarily get along with as far as his style goes, but it was ultimately good for the company. Pay is great in regards to commissions. I heard they bumped everyones salary as well. Immediate benefits.

      Cons

      Upper upper management is political and if you're not in, you are not in. They're sticklers about your vacation time. Also, if you leave, Peek does is not obligated to pay out your commissions owed. I lost quite a bit of money.

      -Exciting tech startup where innovation is the top priority -Extremely cool and fun environment -Trust that you will do your job with the flexibility to do things -Opportunity to assist in innovating processes and crafting the way things are done -Lots of company activities, get togethers etc - -Bonus potential for doing your job well -Awesome coworkers -Opportunity for growth

      Currently at or slightly below market pay for various positions. Excellent opp for growth though so ...
