Pros
I’m giving Pegasus Residential a 5-star rating for several key reasons. First, the company is incredibly transparent and consistent. Policies and procedures are standardized across communities, which makes it seamless to support other sites or receive support when needed. Second, the opportunities for growth and recognition are unmatched. In just over a year with Pegasus, my team and I have consistently been recognized for our achievements, and leadership genuinely supports employee development. I’ve grown more in this past year with Pegasus than I did in the previous decade of my career. I feel seen, heard, and valued by an organization that knows me by name, and I’m truly excited to continue growing here.
Cons
Pegasus holds teams to high expectations, which is great for growth but can feel demanding at times if you’re not used to that level of accountability. In my opinion I don't consider it a con, but some may so take it as you wish!
